§ 10-21. Budget; fiscal year.

The board shall submit an itemized budget of proposed receipts and expenditures to the Boyle County fiscal court and the city commission of the City of Danville, Kentucky, for their approval before the first day of February of each year in order that the approval appropriation from each governmental body may be included in the budgets of the respective governmental units. A joint meeting of the city commission and members of the fiscal court shall occur annually prior to the appropriation of funds by each body to approve the agreed level of funding for the board. The proposed budget shall be accompanied by an audit performed by a certified public accountant f?r the most recently completed fiscal year. The fiscal year for the board shall be from July 1 to July 30 of each year.
